Rashad Jennings injury update: RB expected to be game-time decision for Giants, fantasy owners

The Giants’ feature back is far from 100 percent, but may still suit up Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications:

New York Giantsrunning back Rashad Jennings is listed as questionable for the team’s Week 14 matchup with the Tennessee Titans.

Jennings managed to return to practice Friday despite dealing with an ankle injury that kept him out of action Wednesday and Thursday. In a report by the Newark Star-Ledger, Jennings conceded his ankle “definitely” won’t be at full strength if he is able to go Sunday. He is expected to be a true “questionable” on the injury report, as it looks like he will be a game-time decision.

Fantasy Spin: It’s not looking bright for Jennings fantasy owners this week despite a dream matchup versus the league’s worst run defense. Expect Andre Williams to at least be involved in the mix if Jennings does indeed suit up Sunday. Williams should be owned in leagues of all formats and would make a touchdown-dependent RB2/flex option if Jennings can’t go. Should Jennings suit up, either back makes for a desperation flex play and nothing more.
