Jim Harbaugh speaks at halftime of Michigan basketball game

And Michigan fans seem excited.

Ink was put to paper, and Jim Harbaugh was announced as the next head coach at Michigan on Tuesday. After his press conference, Harbaugh made an appearance at the Wolverines’ basketball game against Illinois, where he addressed the crowd.
