Idaho’s court doesn’t have a charge circle, that’s a technical foul

Wait, how long has the court at Idaho been messed up?

Idaho is playing UC Davis right now, and this happened:

Technical foul called because the court didn’t have the charge circle painted in the key.

As that Twitter account notes, this is called an administrative technical foul. Your team has uniforms with illegal numbers? Administrative technical foul. Violations not related to the actual stuff that happens during the game.

But what makes this one weird is that it’s about court markings. The markings that are on the court for every game. This is Idaho’s fifth game of the season. Have refs just not been able to make block/charge calls for the entirety of Idaho’s season? Did none of the previous refs notice this? I mean, it looks pretty obvious when you see the court.
