Fantasy start/sit advice, Week 15: Vincent Jackson

The Buccaneers’ receiver enjoyed a bounce-back game last week. Can he do it again in Week 15?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ wide receiver Vincent Jackson came up big last week against the Detroit Lions, finishing the game with 10 receptions for 159 yards. This marked Jackson’s second game over 100 yards in the last three weeks and the veteran has found a way to pick it up since the first half of the season. Although he hasn’t found the end zone since Week 4, Jackson appears to have adjusted to playing behind impressive rookie Mike Evans on the target totem pole and the inconsistency of quarterback Josh McCown. His 14.4 YPC shows that he still has plenty left in the tank.

Fantasy Impact: Jackson and the Buccaneers will take on the Carolina Panthers this week. While they give up the 13th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers, the unit has been playing much better in recent weeks. As the number-two receiver in a struggling offense with limited quarterback play, there will continue to be some bust potential. Jackson remains a hit or miss WR3 play.
