Fantasy start/sit advice, Week 14: DeAndre Hopkins

The Texans’ receiver is coming off a dominant performance. Could he do it again in Week 14?

Houston Texans‘ wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins turned in one of the most dominant performances of the year last week. Going up against Tennessee Titans‘ cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson, Hopkins came through in the clutch in a game that had playoff implications for many fantasy owners. He finished the day with nine catches for 238 yards and two touchdowns. “Nuk” has now topped the 100-yard receiving mark four times in his breakout sophomore campaign and has found the end zone six times. With only one fantasy dud on the season back in Week 6, Hopkins has earned a weekly starting spot in line ups.

Fantasy Impact: Look for Hopkins to keep the momentum going when Houston takes on the Jacksonville Jaguars this week. Their defense allows the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. While there’s a reasonable expectation for Hopkins to return to earth after last week’s career game, he remains a WR2 with plenty of upside.
