Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Mohamed Sanu

The Bengals receiver hasn’t been as productive in recent weeks. Can he pick it up for fantasy owners in Week 14?

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu has seen his production take a hit ever since star receiver A.J. Green returned to the lineup. Since Week 10, Sanu has hauled in a total of just 12 receptions for 110 and one score. He had a stellar run while Green was sidelined with his toe injury but he can’t be expected to produce similar numbers with Green running as the focal point of their passing game. Sanu has proven to be a versatile weapon as a receiver and the occasional rusher but his skill set lends more value to the Bengals than it does to fantasy owners.

Fantasy Impact: Sanu will have a solid match up this week when they take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Their secondary allows the 13th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. As the No. 2 option on a run-heavy offense, Sanu can’t be trusted as more than a touchdown-dependent WR3.
