Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: DeAndre Hopkins

DeAndre Hopkins had the best game of his career on Sunday. Should his fantasy owners ride the hot streak?

Houston Texans receiver DeAndre Hopkins had one of the more ridiculous games of the season last week, catching all nine of his targets for 238 yards and two scores against the Tennessee Titans. He was able to get himself to 1,041 yards on the season and upped his yards-per-catch average to 17.4, both of which rank in the top nine in the NFL this season.

Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for six scores in his best game of his career, but it’s a little tough to project how he’ll do the rest of the way. The Texans do get a nice matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars this week, so it’s possible he keeps it going. The Jaguars rank as the 13th-easist matchup for fantasy receivers and have allowed 1.5 touchdowns per game in their last four to that position. The Texans are at home in the dome and Hopkins does have five of his six scores on their home turf.

Fantasy impact: He can’t be benched and is a top-15 play this week.
