ESPN releases broadcast schedule for 2014-15 college football bowl games

The ESPN family of networks has broadcast rights to nearly every bowl game this season

With the college football postseason around the corner, ESPN has released its list of broadcast teams and network assignments for this year’s bowl games. The schedule features tripleheaders on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, including the first-ever College Football Playoff matchups.

Every game televised on ESPN, ESPN2 or ABC will also be available online via WatchESPN.

In addition to this year’s major bowls and playoff games, the ESPN family of networks will broadcast the majority of the second-tier bowl games as well. The only postseason game not assigned to the World Wide Leader is the Hyundai Sun Bowl, pitting Duke against No. 15 Arizona State on Dec. 27 in El Paso, Texas. CBS has the broadcast, beginning at 2 p.m.
