Memphis Grizzlies vs. San Antonio Spurs
The San Antonio Spurs hope the return of Manu Ginobli can lead them to a home win in game two of the opening round series against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Spurs are 9-point favorites over the Grizzlies with an over/under total set at 195.
The Memphis Grizzlies stole game one in San Antonio behind a big frontcourt effort from Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol.  The Grizzlies committed a staggering 33 fouls in the win sending the Spurs to the line 47 times. Memphis managed to shoot 55% in the win including 6 of 10 from three to make up for the 63.6% foul shooting. The win marked the Grizzlies third straight win over the Spurs, with two wins in March both occurring with the current lineup.
The San Antonio Spurs arent overly concerned about dropping the first game. Theyre an experienced group thats weathered this storm before to win a series. The Spurs were one of the most dominant home teams in the league as well, owning a 36-5 record at the AT&T Center. Manu Ginoblis addition to the lineup will obviously be a big factor as the backcourt should be where the Spurs do damage.  The Argentinean Ginobli has not been officially cleared to play, but Manu is as tough as they come and I would personally shocked not to see him play. The Memphis defense can be pestering, but I would be surprised for the Spurs not to shoot better than the 40% they registered at home in game one.
The total is set at 195.5, which is right in line with the 199-point effort from the first post-season meeting. Its worth noting though that the second half accounted for the bulk of the scoring total.  I think the Spurs set the tempo on the faster side in this game with early three point shooting leading Memphis to use their energy playing catch up on the offensive end rather than pestering the home team with scrappy defense. I am going to wager on the over, which is 195.
